AllMusic Review by

Tropical foursome La Linea (formerly a trio) delivers a mainly merengue-oriented 11-track record, covering "Huellas," composed by Chilean/Brazilian singer/percussionist Joe Vasconcellos, Carlos Vives' "Fruta Fresca," and Argentine Pimpinela's "Por Ese Hombre." Well produced by Pedro Venegas, Huellas includes a club/dance version of its main title and a remix of "Si Me Dejas No Vale," originally featured on the group's 1998 album, Al Rojo Vivo.
