AllMusic Review by

One of the hippest jungle labels in the U.K., East Anglia's Certificate 18 hasn't released more than 20 singles since 1991, but its material appears high on trainspotters' must-have lists -- both Photek and Source Direct have recorded obscure singles for the label, both under assumed names (Studio Pressure and Sounds of Life, respectively). Hidden Rooms compiles the best sides from those two, as well as Klute (not the industrial artist) with a warm, jazzy style much more interesting than most jungle jazz being recorded.
