AllMusic Review by

After their acclaimed Tierra, Trágalos (2010), the indie pop duo from Murcia returns with its third studio album, the equally satisfying Herreros y Fatigas. As usual, Klaus & Kinski's sound is based on the juxtaposition of Marina Gómez's sweet whispering of not-so-sweet lyrics with producer Alejandro Martínez's meticulous arrangements. The formula is deployed over 14 songs that showcase their natural eclecticism, ranging from the Cure and Yo La Tengo influences to country and habanera, and yet that manage to coalesce into a consistently rewarding record.
