AllMusic Review by

2012's Großstadtmärchen 2 is the third solo album by Berlin-based producer and DJ Oliver Koletzki, who came to fame in 2005 with his track "Der Mückenschwarm." As the title suggests, the album is a continuation of 2009's Großstadtmärchen, offering pop songs dressed in a relaxed, house-influenced club sound and sung by a number of guest vocalists including Axel Bosse ("Karambolage"), Muff Potter singer Thorsten "Nagel" Nagelschmidt ("The Power of Rausch," which has Nagel reading from his book Was Kostet die Welt), Fran ("Still"), Jan Blomquist ("The Devil in Me"), and Jake the Rapper ("50 Ways to Love Your Liver"). Großstadtmärchen 2 charted at number 19 in Germany.
