AllMusic Review by

This antiwar effort from Vic Bondi, formerly of the punk band Articles of Faith, is OK but not terribly inspired. The lead and only new, original song, "Hardball," is quite good, sounding like an old-fashioned, angry punk protest tune, something you don't hear of all that much anymore. "Hardball" actually rips. But Bondi's cover of John Fogerty's fiery antiwar anthem "Fortunate Son" is ho-hum. Perhaps it's the arrangement that doesn't work. It's also not that easy a song to pull off. The two old Articles of Faith songs that are also included, which were recorded in the early '80s, sound dated and certainly won't move anyone to action. It looks as if this EP is pretty much based around one song, and a good EP should have, at the very least, two or three worthwhile tunes.
