AllMusic Review by

During the late '20s, Bing Crosby was a member of Paul Whiteman's Orchestra, as part of the sideline act the Rhythm Boys but also as an occasional featured vocalist. Though the biggest Whiteman/Crosby hits of the era aren't included on this collection, there is some very obscure material on this Chansons Records disc, including "At Twilight," "Bundle of Old Love Letters," "C-O-N-S-T-A-N-T-I-N-O-P-L-E," "I'm on the Crest of a Wave," "Out O' Town Gal," "I'm Bringing a Red Rose" and "That's My Weakness Now." The sound quality is obviously less than impeccable, but the interest of the recordings more than makes up for it, especially for collectors.
