b. California, USA. Playing blues and jazz guitar, Williams has established a reputation in New England where he has been active since the late 80s. He has played in various parts of the USA and Canada, and has worked with artists such as James Cotton, Mighty Sam McClain, David Maxwell, David ‘Fathead’ Newman, Sugar Ray, Darrell Nulisch and Michelle Willson, appearing on the latter’s So Emotional in 1996 for which he wrote some of the material. His writing also extends outside the blues field into pop and television and radio jungles.

In addition to performing and composing, Williams has also taught at the Berklee College Of Music since 1987 as well as conducting clinics. Williams has toured Europe and South America, his audience expanding with all of these visits. Featured on his 1999 own-name recording debut were Newman, Sugar Ray and keyboard player Bruce Katz.
