The creators of the early-'90s Marijuana's Greatest Hits Revisited compilation are too baked to remember if the Jim Reynolds who played bass on one track is the same dude who jams with bands up in the Berkshires. Controversy shadowed this set of remakes of classic viper songs, much of it created by music critics who thought the remakes were cheesy. Production values are high, however -- pun intended, man. There are a total of 14 bass players, one of whom, not Reynolds, doubles on bottle.
