Comprising Don Beauchamp (vocals), Ed Stevens (guitar), Wally Rathie (keyboards), Tom Rathie (bass) and Richie Henman (drums), Canadian hard rock band Cruiser formed in the late 70s. Much of the attention initially surrounding the group came from their employment of Henman, the original drummer for the hugely popular April Wine. However, the group’s competent pop rock failed to secure either a domestic or international audience. Despite this, their sole recorded effort, 1979’s Rollin’ With The Times, was a distinguished album performed with boundless energy and spirit.
