When an article begins "Do you remember Christina Milian? Probably not," it doesn't bode well for the A&R genius behind the artist under discussion. Since human beings love to share the blame when results are bad, the A&R man Billy Clark can take comfort in the fact that at least four other people get a similar credit to him on the Milian album entitled It's About Time, one of them with the nickname of "Boogie." This is not the same Billy Clark that played bluegrass fiddle for the McCormick Brothers, nor the one who recorded in Mobile, Alabama in the '50s and '60s.
