AllMusic Review by

Released a year after All in Love Is Fair/Come Get to This, this reissue from pairs Nancy Wilson's two following albums, both of which were issued on Capitol: This Mother's Daughter (number 26 R&B, 1976) and I've Never Been to Me (number 42 R&B, 1977). The former, produced by Eugene McDaniels, gave the singer a minor Hot 100 hit in the disco-tinged form of "Now." Wilson reconnected with Gene Page for the weaker and rather uneven latter, featuring the title cut, which was issued as a single months prior to Charlene's much more popular version. Although it does have its moments, the set's appeal is limited to Wilson's most devoted fans.
