By the time The Jerky Boys 3 was released, they were far removed from their cult status having starred in their very own Hollywood movie, The Jerky Boys. While their popularity had reached a peak, the 'boys' still managed to come up with some hilarious material here, although those moments are fewer than on their first two releases. The skits with the Frank Rizzo character seem to work best, as it is the best developed character they have come up with. Overall, this is an inconsistent set, but worth it for the "Body Building" skit alone.
