This is the opening album of the expressive singer Suzana Sales, inscribed in the "Vanguarda Paulistana" (São Paulo's vanguard) movement. She performs several electric contemporary pop grooves, but there are several tracks dedicated to some experimentalism (for a pop album). Some Brazilian rhythms also can be found here. Unusual interventions of spoken speech (influences by Stravinski via Grupo Rumo), vocalizes alla Tetê Espíndola (a strong influence in her voice timbre), good experimental works in modern harmony (intro of "A hora da onça beber água," "Amanhã eu vou," Brecht's "Der kanonen" and others), a swinging version for Gilberto Gil's "Cérebro eletrônico" (hot funky brass here), everything forming a landscape of modern urban cosmopolitan sounds. She had several splendid guest artists here: Arrigo Barnabé, the band Aquilo del Nisso, Itamar Assumpção, Bocato, Tom Zé, Zé Eduardo Nazário (Banda Pau Brasil), José Miguel Wisnik and others.
