Subincision need to be taken with a grain of salt. With their spastic energy and four-track production, this self-titled record contains the potential hits that lyrically consist of topics like how the lame the beat poets are and how stupid people should be sterilized. On top of the sloppy, three chord songwriting, hyper speed, and Jello Biafra-esque (Dead Kennedy's) vocals, Subincision couldn't become any more punk rock unless if they traveled back in time and made a cameo on The Decline of Western Civilization. A lot of fun at times, but not to be taken seriously.
