AllMusic Review by

Winston "Delano" Stewart was one of the founding members (with B.B. Seaton and Maurice Roberts) of the Gaylads, a fine Jamaican vocal trio who recorded several impressive rock-steady singles with Coxsone Dodd and, later, Sonia Pottinger. Leaving the group in 1968, Stewart recorded a few solo singles for Pottinger, then dropped out of the music scene completely, relocating to the United States in 1969. Stay a Little Bit Longer and a Bit Longer Still contains all of his solo recorded work, as well as the marvelous Gaylads single "Joy in the Morning," and DJ and instrumental versions of "That's Life."
