This new-agey dalliance with spoken word is fairly successful. The music is alternately pretty and soaring, and the heartfelt words are less spacy than often associated with the genre. The playing and production are immaculate throughout. Like many such recordings, one is often hard pressed to remember the words or music after the disc is over, but it's an enjoyable journey to go on.
