This is a British compilation of Paul Anka's Buddah Records recordings of the early 1970s. The first side is drawn from his May 1972 album Jubilation and leads off with that album's title song, a gospel-influenced chart single. The second side consolidates the December 1971 Paul Anka album and features Anka's version of "My Way," athe song he adapted from the French tune "Comme d'Habitude" and gave to Frank Sinatra, as well as "She's A Lady," an Anka composition that was a gold-selling hit for Tom Jones. Anka was making a small comeback with this contemporary-sounding material, but it was not until he moved to United Artists in 1974 that he would become a really successful record-maker again.
