AllMusic Review by

Good pop album and the first by one of the youngest members of the illustrious Guedes family (together with Beto), Milton Guedes brings his good looks, his harmonica in C, saxes, and lyrics about love and women to a contemporary setting. Romantic songs share the album with baião-influenced rock ("Não Morre Tão Cedo II"), soul music, light pop/funk, Caribbean grooves/brasses, and anti-feminist rock ("Mulheres"). Not a ground-breaking release, but evidences a performance better than average for a first album. "Sonho de Uma Noite de Verão," quite Skank-influenced, has been considerably aired.
