Really more odd than frightening, this set of Halloween-themed sings is still a lot of fun, and makes the perfect soundtrack for going out to the clubs on a Halloween night. Highlights include "Boppin' at the Black Lagoon" by the Shadows of Knight, the Shirts' barbed and zippy "Only the Dead Know Brooklyn," and "The Ghoul I Love the Most" by Tommy Frenzy of the Tuff Darts. Oh, and you also get an 11-plus-minute version of Donovan's "Season of the Witch" done by Vince Martell of Vanilla Fudge, which is kind of a scary thing to ponder all on its own.
