The UBL label is nothing if not sloppy. Most bizarrely, they're not very good at counting. Over a fuzzy graphic of some clouds -- what else? -- Chillout to This claims to provide one CD of 12 tracks. They got the "one CD" part right, but the track listing on the back -- which is numbered -- goes up to ten, not 12. The tracks are completely forgettable, switching between nondescript downtempo electronica to awkward remixes of Louis Prima and Billie Holiday. Nothing stands out, which makes sense since there is absolutely nothing about the disc's presentation that is the least bit enticing.
